PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE REMINDER
REMINDER - There will be a 15% surcharge on appointments booked on public holidays.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
As
a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we require a
minimum
of 24 hours'
notice to reschedule OR cancel your appointment.
The
following fees will apply to clients who reschedule or cancel within 24hours of
their appointment.

LESS THAN 24HRS BEFORE Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24hours before your appointment will incur a fee of $40, which will be charged to the debit card provided at the time of booking. |
LESS THAN 12HRS BEFORE Clients who reschedule or cancel their appointment less than 12 hours before their appointment will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service fee.

OR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 1HR BEFORE
Rescheduling or cancelling less than 1 hrs before appointment (or “No shows”) will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of your booked service and the fee will be charged to the debit card provided at the time of booking.

REMINDER: Fees for late rescheduling, cancellations or “no shows” will be charged to the debit card that you provide to us at the time of booking and will only be charged IF you incur a fee for a late reschedule, cancellation or do not show up to your appointment.
If we need to charge a cancellation fee to your account and your provided debit card can not be debited you will not be able to book a new appointment until the fee is paid in full. We thank you for your understanding.
REMINDER: Debit Card
Authorisation Hold
After completing a booking with Lucky Lashes you may notice
an authorisation hold of $1 dollar in your account. This is not a charge from
Lucky Lashes. It is a temporary hold made by our merchant to check that your
card is valid and that there are funds available on the card. The hold will be removed
after your appointment.
